Months

Many societies on Lume rely on the moon (Alistria) to measure time. From new moon to new moon, a full synodic cycle takes approximately 46 days. Divided into 4 parts with alternating 11 and 12 day weeks. The solar and synodic years do not line up, and so the months cycle through the seasons over time. This is the current configuration of the lunar calendar, as known in Menevrien.
